Chris Hemsworth entrena con sus fans para pasar la cuarentena

El actor Chris Hemsworth compartió en su cuenta de Instagram que para hacer amena la cuarentena a sus seguidores, su plataforma de entrenamiento (Fitness Centr) tendrá acceso gratuito por seis semanas.

“Hola a todos, durante este periodo de aislamiento e incertidumbre, estoy ofreciendo seis semanas de mi programa de salud… Creo que ahora más que nunca debemos centrarnos en lo que creo que son los tres pilares clave para vivir más saludable y felizmente: ejercicio, nutrición y entrenamiento mental”, escribió Chris en un post de Instagram.

Para los interesados, luego de registrarse se les brindará el acceso a la gama de expertos que comparten sus técnicas de entrenamiento y experiencia.
